3. Eligibility

To register on Bhumij Matrimony, you must:

2. Be unmarried, divorced, widowed, or legally separated,
3. Belong to the Bhumij community or related Adivasi group,
4. Agree to provide genuine personal information and valid identity proof when requested.

If any profile is found to contain false, misleading, or incomplete data, it may be suspended or deleted without prior notice.

 

4. User Account Responsibility

When you register:

I. You must provide accurate and truthful details.
II. Keep your login credentials (email/password) secure.

Bhumij Matrimony is not responsible for losses or damages caused by misuse of your account due to sharing credentials or negligence.

 

5. Code of Conduct

Members are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly while using the platform.
You agree not to:

!!) Misrepresent your identity, age, or marital status.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate suspension or permanent account termination.

All payments are governed by our Refund Policy, and once activated, paid plans cannot be transferred or extended beyond their validity.

 

7. Profile Verification

To maintain trust and authenticity:

* Fake or duplicate profiles are strictly prohibited.

Verified profiles are marked for user confidence, but Bhumij Matrimony does not guarantee the accuracy or behavior of any member beyond the information provided.

However, users must exercise discretion and judgment before sharing personal or financial information with others.

Bhumij Matrimony is not responsible for any offline meeting, personal exchange, or loss arising from communication between members.

 

9. Termination or Deactivation

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or delete any account if:

* False or objectionable information is found,
* Payment fraud is detected,
* Misuse, harassment, or illegal activity occurs, or
* The account remains inactive for more than "12 months".

Users may also deactivate or delete their own account anytime by contacting support.
